Lorelei Gruss Return Policy


Lorelei Gruss accepts unused and undamaged merchandise, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Please contact us at hello@loreleigruss.com prior to returning merchandise. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Upon the receipt of returned goods, Lorelei Gruss reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements. Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt of merchandise.

Damaged Products & Shipping Errors

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, Lorelei Gruss will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.

Returning a Gift

Lorelei Gruss does not accept gift returns.

Returns Processing Time

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to receive your credit. In some cases it can take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to be reflected based on your credit card company’s policies.
